Hello All!

My husband and I got married on October 15th and sent our paperwork and got NOA1 in late November.  It was sent to Nebraska.  We have not heard anything since.  We were just wondering if this is normal and what to expect as far as time frames go.  Thanks so much!

Yes it's normal. it can take up to 7 months to get an approved petition from Nebraska Service Center. It would be good to call and speak to Tier 2 representative and ask the current status of your case.

Hello,

anyone knows how long does it usually take for the beneficiary to receive package 3 from the embassy if the embassy already received the case?

Thank you.

Yasser
