registering for interview

Hello all a little help is required please 

ive had medical and have completed the application of readiness form do I now wait for a reply or register an appointment for interview now ?? Any help will be gratefully received tia

I do not about your embassy but in mine, after you have booked for visa appointment and paid the appointment fee it's when you proceed to do the medicals a week or two before your visa appointment date.

Have u received any notice from the embassy?

Upon tracking my case is shows the my case is ready for interview but am scared to do my medicals since I have not hrd anything from the embassy yet and also the medicals has expiring date I guess.

Only letter received was telling me they had received an approved petition

ive completed a ds160 and had the medical and completed an application of readiness but unsure if they acknowledge my application and give me an interview date via a letter or do I go online and make one myself  ???

All sorted now spoke to embassy who put me on the right track . Booked online & paid for courier My Interview Is next week !!!
