My k1 visa petition expires in April 26,2017. I am in the process of completing my requirements but had to undergo medication at St lukes Manila PH. They will release my medical report in April 2017 which is close to the expiration of the petition. How can I extend its validity?

You petition will be renewed by the embassy for up to a year, the embassy does this automatically you don't need to ask... just relax all is fine.  And if you go beyond the year the worse you will have to do is pay a second visa fee, but I would contact the embassy regarding this because of your situation.

There is embassy contact info here:  http://visaconnection-philippines.com/index.php/2-visa-process/3-usem-k-1-visa

Pay that money.  My buddy works for Nokia he is from Sweden or some place near there.  He works all over the world.  His wife is from Philippines, Manila area.   I think she might of been former sex worker in Japan, he meet her at a bar in Manila.

He got work visa to USA to come to USA.  Once here she wants to get a greencard in USA.  Well they make here do medical in USA since she wasn't required to do one in when she came here on his visa.

Turns out she has TB, She had been in USA about 2 years working at Wal mart going to bars almost nightly.  She takes some shots here and is suppose to stay inside her house for a few weeks.
