Hi,

I have some questions and need some advice from someone who HAS EXPERIENCE filling out the section of the I-601 (PART 2, PG 2) for previous U.S entries. My question(s) are, in section 10 where you can put in additional entries to the U.S, what do I put for Page Number, Part Number, and Item Number? It starts on page 2 and continues on page 3. Also, part 2, 1a-1d does not ask for the date which I left the U.S. That is my most recent visit, but I left the U.S, I am not there. I also would like to know what to put for the question 'City or town which I lived'...I did not live there, I was just visiting. Any help (besides telling me to hire an attorney), would be very appreciated!

Thanks!

Page number is the page number on the bottom of each page. Part number is the part number that you need to provide additional information for. And Item Number is the item number.

So, for example, let's say you needed to provide additional information for your hair color. That's Page 3, Part 3, Item 6.

As for the City or town where you lived... they're asking for where you stayed when you came here. You "lived" there, even if it was just long enough to visit. (Assuming you were alive when you were there lol).

As for the date of departure missing in Part 2, Item1... Yeah, I agree, it's odd. Almost sounds like they expect you to still be here. That's a good reason to use the part where you can put additional information. Add your own departure date in the notes for Page 2, Part 2, Item 1.a.

Thanks for your help. Makes a little more sense now. I think it's important to clarify I am not actually there, in regards to item 1.
