We are 13 business days (about two weeks and a half) and NVC still can't make the online portal work for us so that we can pay our fees online, fill DS 260 and move on with this process...

Does anybody know anything about this issue? All they say is that this does not have to do anything with the issue that supposedly was ressolved last week.

This is so frustrating as I have seen people stuck with this for MONTHS. Some are still unable to fill out DS260 online eventhough they paid by mail.

What else to do? If we have not paid anything yet, could we still try for AOS? Not sure if that is an option. A "legal" option I mean.

On the same boat. After being stuck at the TSC for 8 months, now I'm stuck at the NVC. This is so frustrating. I paid the IV bill through mail and still can't do the DS 260. Its been weeks and it still shows as PAY NOW.
