Consulate Review Emails - Can't make them stop.

Hello!

I receive an email every time the US Embassy in the Philippines receives a new review. Sometimes its 6 or 7 emails a day. How can I make it stop? I prefer to not receive email notifications for anything. I have already changed the email settings in the "Notification Options" to none yet the consulate review emails persist. Any help would be great!

Thanks!
