Hi all,

I am on the process of collecting supporting documents to prepare for an interview which might happen around June (my priority date: 17th Sep 2013). Currently, I am living in Vietnam, waiting for my interview and my husband staying in the USA now. He is holding green card 10 years (pettion by his parents).

I got stuck in submiting Police certificate. I can collect this certificate in Vietnam and get Vietnam's one. But do I have to request Police certificate in Australia as well? As I studied in Sydney from March 2007 - June 2008. During this time, I also flew back to Vietnam for 2 months from Jan 2008 - Feb 2008 for New Year holidays.

Anyone who can advice me whether I have to submit police certificate in Australia? (of course the one from Vietnam, I already submited). If so, how do I do? which website should I access or contact? Am I allowed to request online? I searched from the Internet. I got this one http://cvcheck.biz/tag/AustralianPoliceCheckInternational?gclid=Cj0KEQjwmLipBRC59O_EqJ_E0asBEiQATYdNhxyQMXx6v1_0ZuIcnqaRRv4_B2kQ6h8RgaXHkavoGHAaAr658P8HAQ

I dont know this one is the right one I am looking for. Not sure it is government or private website. I have no ideas.

Please please please guide me. It is really urgent. I am waiting for your response for next step. You know it is very rush to submit now. Waiting for 2 years and I really dont want to delay anytime to be with my husband. Please help me

Thanks so much in advance.

Really appreciate your help

Trang
