NVC Documents Submitted, Fee Paid for mother. What to expect next?

Hi,

I received a letter from NVC stating that they have received my documents on April 3rd. In the letter they have informed me that it may take upto 60 days to review the documents. How long does is normally take from here? I am hoping that I have sent all relevant documents. I have paid the AOS/IV fee and submitted the online DS-260 as well. My mother resides in Pakistan so interview will be scheduled there, if and when approved.

At least 60 days or more of waiting and if there were mistakes on your forms it can take longer than that! Good luck
