Hi. Can someone who had an interview for the Diversity visa in cairo please share their experience with us. One of my closest friends recently recieved an interview for his diversity visa... he doesn't know what questions would be asked. Please can someone share you're experience.

also what information did you take with you to the interview

Has your friend confirmed he has all the civil documents etc as Indicated on the dvselectee page? That will be all the information he is required to take with.

DV interviews are usually very brief assuming the applicant meets the eligibility requirements and has all the correct documentation.

Can't answer for cairo specifically but the general sort of questions are simply confirming education and marital status, if any children, maybe where he wants to live and what he wants to do, etc. if he is eligible and all docs in order it should be pretty straightforward. Apparently Cairo is quite an 'easy' embassy.
