supporting documents question

Im preparing the documents for my wife and kid.I filed seperate visa application for them.

The question i have. one of the document list says "photocopies" what is this mean?

and can i send their documents together in one package instead?thanks...

copies, not originals.

I don't see a major issue with sending all in one envelope, just keep everything totally separate inside; two checks and so on. Be best to have the petitions in separate envelopes inside the mailing envelope.

When my wife was waiting for her visa, I organized everything for her by subfolder or paper clip or some other separating means.

Even though she is smart and can figure them out for herself, why risk error? Organize them yourself so she does not have to.
