Does CSC even process "Normal I-130s"?

I have I swear looked at hundreds of timelines trying to make any sort of sense out of the ridiculous service center system. So does the CSC even process run of the mill I-130s? I can't find many cases of that recently. Seems most to all are filings from abroad or expedites.

Anyone here sent there with just a standard filing from a US address?

Hi,

Take a look at this link. Click on any report and go all the way to the end. Seems the CSC processes mostly "All other relative" I-130's and not very many "Immediate relative," which is what a spouse would be. Can't tell you why USCIS allocates petitions the way they do, but this at least sheds some light on how they do, even though it doesn't explain the why.

Wow...thank you for posting that link. It is actually very informative as to what is going on.

Am I reading it wrong at the bottom, or does TSC actually look like potentially the best place to be near-term for fast processing based on their performance from 10/14-12-14?

They received a total of 11,080 I-130 petitions with 10,774 of them being for immediate Relatives. They approved 11,567 petitions during that time, and only have 23,255 pending. I'm not a math major or rocket scientist, but doesn't it seem to suggest that, at least at that rate of approvals and receipts, that the TSC should only be a 2-3 month wait for NOA2?

Or am I reading that wrong?
