I was living abroad with my husband before coming up to the states to file our I-130, I was a SAHM before I came up, and this is the first year that I have had to file taxes. Is there an example form or does anybody know what to say on the sheet where I am stating the reasons I will only have tax return for 1 yr instead of 3?

When I called today I asked something similar I worked all last year 2014 so I only have taxes for that and it is the first year of ever working too and I moved in December to finish the visa process with my husband so hence I don't work she said just right an explanation to explain something like this and there would be no issue I'll have a joint sponsor but if it is just you sponsoring you'll probably just need to do the same as me type a explanation of the situation and attach it .
