Registering for Courier Services

Hello all,

I've gotten my interview scheduled in Montreal and I am trying to register for the courier services. The link provided seems to be taking me to the wrong page. I've applied for an immigrant visa but the link takes me to a non-immigrant page. I managed to surf to the immigrant page but there is no place on that page where I can register for courier services. I tried registering my immigrant visa appointment but got an error that my case was not ready for an interview appointment. I already have had my interview scheduled though. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's "Ready". I understood that at this point I'd be able to register.

The link supplied doesn't even take me to the correct page. I've applied for an immigrant visa and the link takes me to non-immigrant. I can navigate to the immigrant page but no where can I find anything about courier service. I try to register my appointment and the system tells my my case isn't ready. It's pretty incompetent.

I'm having the same problem with my husband's account. He wound up sending an e-mail to the address listed on the error page. A few days later, they asked for the same information needed to fill out the form and they didn't have luck getting it to work either. They then said they're escalating our case so we're hoping they can get our courier services registered soon.

They seem to be having huge issues with their new website, and really, its just easier to e-mail them instead of frustrating yourself...
