Original Poster you

ESTA is re authorisation for the VWP, activities permitted under the VWP are limited and do not include this.

My guess is that there is not a visa to do what you want to, an offer to work is meaningless without a visa. I may be wrong, company lawyer should know.

It is up to your Employer to sort this out, they have lawyer's to sort these things out, if possible.

A job offer without a visa is pretty meaningless.

If I want to stay in a studio to gain experience in my job, to build my resume before to apply for a real job.

there are no chances to apply for a VISA?

it's unpaid, for a short term why people can apply for an internship or a work and not for this?

You would undoubtedly be doing "productive work" for them, i. e., work for which they would be getting paid by a client. There is really no other reason for a small studio to have you around (this is about THEIR intention, not yours). This cannot be done on a VWP entrance, IMO.
