When to start gathering evidence of income

Hi All,

I have received my NOA1 back in December. I followed the K1 guide and it states to gather the evidence of income after receiving NOA2 - which I haven't received yet.

Looking at the timelines, it seems I will hopefully receive my NOA2 sometime around June. I will go out of U.S this May to join my fiance. Before leaving, I would like to get all the evidences needed. Does it matter when I should start gathering the evidence of income or will the dates on the evidences cause issues at the time of the interview? I was hoping to start gathering evidences sometime this month.

Thanks for the help.

Your most recent tax transcript is easy to obtain online from the IRS website, so that is not an issue. Your letter from employer and/or recent pay stubs should be as recent as possible.
