Hi, I want to see what happens with the process because they do not give me an answer to my case, I applied for my fiance visa, originally from El Salvador.
On February 2 received our full package at USCIS offices (includes corresponding application and evidence of our relationship and payment processing), On February 9th they charged the check, and they are three weeks we expected and we have no answer, we will have to wait a little longer?
or suggest?

please help! I'm desperate and confused :(

Once you put the USC put the correct mailing address, they should receive NOA1 and all subsequent NOA's relevant to his side of the affairs. If you haven't received anything yet it doesn't mean there is a problem per se. It means that it was either lost in mail or they only claim to have sent it since they lie to you quite often. Just let the USC call the customer support and explain they never received NOA1 hard copy. You should receive email notification however if you signed the optional form.

Welcome to the forum.

If I understand your follow-up question correctly, there is a general description of the various NOAs in the K1 visa process here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1flow

Good luck on your immigration journey.
