name change after submitting ds-260

Good day. I am the USC petitioner. My wife is from the Philippines.

We filed the I-130 and AOS that have been approved. We have paid the IV fees and are moving on to the DS-260.

My wife and I live together in Bermuda. Because her name changed she had to get a new passport. We traveled to NYC to the Philippine embassy and completed the appropriate paperwork for her to receive a new passport with her married name in it. She has to send her current passport to the Philippine embassy in NYC on Nov 18, 2014 and they will then mail her new passport to her in Bermuda. They couldn't take her passport then because she needed it to travel back to Bermuda.

My question is when or how should I complete the DS 260. If I complete it with what her new name is I won't have the supporting documentation to mail in with her married name on it until early December. Also I don't have the information from the passport to put on the DS 260. If I complete it with her current name and information then by the time we get an interview the information on the DS 260 will not be accurate. Would we have to fill out additional paperwork explaining the name change and mail in new supporting documentation?

Should we just wait the 8-9 weeks until we get her new passport to mail it all in together? We are not pressed for time since we already live together. We plan on leaving Bermuda in Nov 2015. At the same time we don't want to put this off until the last minute and not be able to move next year.
