Hi guys,

We are new to this site, my fiance will be submitting our documents at the Texas centre on Monday, however, we have one concern, we met online on Afrointroductions, I visited him on my b1/b2 visa and he has visited me several times here in Jamaica, what document do we need for the IMB? We assume Afro Introduction is considered to be a IMB..... please hellllp

Thanks inadvance

Question 35 states: Did you meet your fiance or spouse through the service of a International Marriage Broker?

35a. If the answer is yes, provide a copy of the signed written consent form IMB obtained from your beneficiary authorizing the release of your beneficiary's personal contact information to you.

Which form are we required to submit as we do not have a signed written consent form?

Thanks!

in your situation the answer is "NO".Afrointroductions does not applied to international marriage brokers (IMB).IMB is a paid marriage dating service where they charges a fee for proving dating and matching making service between the U.S citizen and citizens of foreign countries,in which they have to do a  background checks before means of communication are permitted between the USC and foreigner.
