Hi VJ-ers,

I know I'm probably stressing unnecessarily, but if anyone has info on this, it would calm me down...I sent my N-400 package to the Phoenix lockbox via Express Mail yesterday. It arrived at the street address today, and has been accepted..but the note on the USPS site said:

Your item was delivered at 11:44 am on July 07, 2011 in PHOENIX, AZ 85034 to CHASE BANK BLDG . The item was signed for by L CREEDEN.

What does Chase Bank have to do with it? And is this just the name of the building (also at Sky Harbor)? Has this happened to anyone else...basically I'm worried that sensitive and private information of mine won't end up in the hands of USCIS and instead someone working the desk at Chase Bank. I assumed it would be delivered to the USCIS suite.

Help!

Thanks!

Don't panic I got the same notice and mine was signed by L Creeden as well. Chase Bank has the naming right to the building that has the uscis offices. I freaked out and called the 800# and told them my application has somehow been delivered to a Chase Bank and I was told not to worry. I'm having my oath next week so it obviously wasn't a wrong message.

Hi guys, I know this thread is old but we just submitted our N600 and it was delivered to USCIS in Phoenix yesterday at 6:05 PM and signed for by "L. Creeden", like yours were. I know I worry about little things but on the express mail delivery confirmation from the post office it just has "L. Creeden" stamped on the signature line, it's not an actual handwritten signature. Do you think that's fine? Also isn't 6:05 pm late to deliver a package? I'm surprised they were still open.
