Does anybody have a sample cover letter which i can use with the I-864 forms?

Plz let me know.

03/07/06 :: NOA1

05/23/06 :: Received email stating that my case was approved!!

06/07/06 :: NVC case # assigned

06/19/06 :: AOS bill & DS-3032 generated

06/20/06 :: Emailed Choice of Agent

06/22/06 :: Choice of Agent accepted by NVC

06/22/06 :: AOS bill & DS-3032 postage date

06/26/06 :: Received AOS bill & DS-3032 by mail

06/26/06 :: IV bill Generated by NVC

06/27/06 :: Sent AOS bill via Express mail

06/28/06 :: AOS bill delivered to NVC

06/29/06 :: IV bill postage date

07/05/06 :: Received IV bill by mail

07/06/06 :: Sent IV bill by Express mail

07/07/06 :: IV bill delivered to NVC

07/10/06 :: I864 generated by NVC

I dont have a sample, but wanted to say I didnt send 1 & it was fine, others also didnt send 1, some do some dont, :yes:

Amanda-England (Yorkshire)- Mark-USA(Michigan)

April/04/2005- Visa journey began!!

We did both K3 & CR1 visa's, got both!!- I returned to England for my CR1 interview after first arriving on a K3 visa!!

May/25th 2006- Green card arrives in the mail................YAY!!

19th June 2006 I Had to go to the Social Security Office to get my number, the DS-230 didnt work for me!!

26-June-2006- Social Security# arrived in the mail....YAY!!

Feb 2008 lift conditions <<<reminder to self!!<<<< went to England for a visit instead, no rush right, 90 days is a long time,LOL

Removing Conditions Begins

Mailed I-751 April 12th 2008

signed for @ NSC April 16th

NOA date April 16th

Conditional GC expired May 5th 2008

Biometrics Detroit May 10th 2008

10 year Green card ordered August 20th 2008

Citizenship any time from feb 2009

-A completed Form I-864, Affidavit of Support (for CR-1),

-A copy of my federal tax return for 2005,

-A completed Authorization of Release of Federal Tax Data form,

-A letter from my employer, and

-Photocopies of three recent pay stubs.

Edited to say the "save as" thing isn't working properly. Hopefully this works... Don't forget to add your barcode and case number in the appropriate place, and replace "where?" with the name of your embassy.
