I got married to a Usa citizen and I am trying to file but I don't remember the information about my former spouse birthday and my both parents are late.i don't know their birthday too.should I write unknown for my parent and my former spouse birthday on g325a form

Your former spouse filed for you? What exactly are you filing for? Your parents birthday would be listed on your Birth certificate which you will have to have some time during the process.
Are you here in US or out the country filing?

4/7/2020: In queue for Oath Ceremony to be scheduled
