Has anyone filed a form i-212 for a parent?

(You as a u.S Citizen filing for a parent who was deported only once. And ordered to stay out for 10 years.)

I want to know how the process is.

Thank You

The dad was deported for overstaying 5 years ago. An immigration judge issued deportation order, and he's barred for 10 years. The mom left voluntary 5 years ago, and never had any trouble with immigration.

I think they will both need to file I-601 and the dad will need to file I-212 as well.

Their 25 year old can be the sponsor for both. Am I mistaken?

I think proving hardship would be pretty difficult and wanted to hear form others in similar situation.

Thank you

If an I601 is needed after a kid petition a parent for IV &

if the challenge is to waiver a past overstay they are not

eligible to file the waiver if the othr parent loves legally

in the US they can IF they are married.

A beneficiary however that only needs to requst permission

to re-enter I 212 can do so themself to the deporting jurisdiction
