Hi, so my fiance is going into her interview for the K1 fiance visa at the end of this month. Our child  was born in her country (Kazakhstan) back in March. I cannot leave work to go to her country, what forms do I need to fill other than the CRBA if I cannot be there in person.

You should call the U.S. Embassy in Kazakhstan and ask them directly if you need to be present. Explain your situation and if there are documents the mother can take with her. When I've called them in my home country, they were usually very good at answering my questions.

Since you are the U.S. citizen father, you should also may sure you meet the physical requirements in the U.S.
