Hi guys! My case is now Ready at the Embassy for the interview but I'm having problems to schedule my interview. When I try to set an appointment this is the message I get: "No valid record can be found for the entered receipt number. Please validate that your receipt number is correct "

 

Anyone else with this problem??

Hey there!

We kinda had the same error message, but it was because we were trying to use the USCIS receipt number (the one starting with "WAC" and then the numbers) instead of the NVC Case number (which should start with three letters , then numbers which usually are the date the NVC assigned the case number).

Maybe you were also using the wrong case number?
