We will be filing the N400 next week. We are filing under the three year rule having just celebrated our anniversary last week and resident since 1/15/13. Since we just had our ROC interview in June, can I essentially just use all the documents from our 751 and of course add new utility bills, bank statements, 2014 tax transcript etc. Since I have an extra copy of our 751 documents that would really simplify things. Thanks.

Under 3 year rule you should try to send as much evidence as possible showing joint activity of bonafide marriage . This is what uscis needs minimum :

a) Copy of front & back of permament resident card

b) Copy of marriage certificate

c) Copy of 3 yr tax return / transcripts

d) Proof that your spouse is a US citizen

e) proof of termination all previous marriages

Visajourney has an excellent step by step guide ...find it here

Certain member did accumulate a pile of evidences, while filing under 3 yr rule...here is a link to his post...find it Here

Basically you are filing based on marriage to a USC so you have to rpove it somehow....Also it always good to send USCIS some extra evidences, than them asking you back for them. I am sure some members would throw some more light on this ...But best wishes and ask for help whenever needed. I am sending my application 2 days ..you can see my post HERE ...i have a ton of evidences , though that much is not needed for filing under 5 yr rule.

N.B. Also wanted to add : USCIS has just added the service that you can pay by credit card. Form G-1450..this form has to be put at the top of the application. Just letting you know.
