Hi guys!

I got my visa and flying to US very soon. I have some questions I will appreciate everybody who will help me

In the embassy they gave me sealed envelope They said I have to give it to Homeland Security in the port of entry Do you know something about it?

Also I did medical check in the certified US hospital But I gave it during interview in the embassy They didn`t give me it back When we will get married and we will apply for AOS Should I do medical check again?

Thank you everybody for help!!!!!

PLEASE ADVISE.

The envelope is normal, all K-1 get this. Just give it to the immigration officers on arrival. It's basically a way to get your complete file back from the embassy to Homeland Security/USCIS without them having to pay for a stamp ;)

As your complete file is in the envelope, you don't need your medical, as it's in there. For AOS, if filed within a year from your medical, you only need to send in the copy of the DS-3025 vaccination record you were given at the medical. If that form has any vaccinations missing though, you'll have to see a civil surgeon in the US to get a new form done. More info can be found in the AOS forum for this

Depends on when at "the end of spring" that you submit. Though It is likely that another Federal income tax filing deadline has passed, new documents may be necessary. You have to ask yourself is it worth it to provide ~ six-month old documents and risk a RFE for new docs?

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Justin,

Will Homeland Security/USCIS will put some stamp in my passport? What is that stamp? What else will they give me?

Thank you for answer
