Applying for AOS, address confusion

Hi guys,

I have a really confusing situation here.I am about to apply for AOS, but I am moving from my current house in two weeks. I did my medical exam two weeks ago (at the time we were not thinking we will move) and it has my current address on the envelope. We want to send everything by the end of this week, so should I send the forms with old address (which is also confusing, because we do not get mail here, but we have PO BOX, which is not mentioned on medical exam envelope or form) or should I just send the new address were we can receive mail? Is there any way to go about this, without confusion as a result. And also if I can use my new address (which is my mother in laws residential address) do I need the evidence right away or can I send it later or provide it during the interview?

I appreciate any help!

May 14, 2014 (day 00) - sent I-130/ I-485/ I-758
May 16, 2014 (day 02) - Package delivered to Chicago lockbox
May 21, 2014 (day 05) - text/emails received
May 25, 2014 (day 09) - NOA1
May 29, 2014 (day 13) - Biometrics letter received (app scheduled for 06/12/2014)
June 12, 2014 (day 27) - Biometrics done
June 26, 2014 (day 41) - I-485 Testing and Interview
July 7, 2014 (day 52) - email Interview scheduled for AUGUST 6, 2014!
July 9, 2014 (day 54) - hard copy with interview date
July 9, 2014 (day 54) - requested to expedite EAD
July 18, 2014 (day 63) - EAD card production
July 25, 2014 (day 70) - EAD received
August 6, 2014 (day 82) - Interview approved!

August 14, 2014 (day 90) - Conditional Green Card received!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AOS APPROVED IN 82 days!!!!! :dancing: :dancing: :dancing:

you can send your papers with your old address though, but if I were you move first then contact uscis online or just call them before you send your aos, thats what I did mine before and theres no problem about it though... btw WISCONSINITES here
