USCIS Example Forms: (for K-1 Fiance Visa's, K-3 Spousal Visa's, AOS, and Lifting Conditions)

Read and understand the disclaimer and Terms of Service before continuing. DO NOT edit the pre-filled out forms below and send them in to the CIS. They should be used as general references to assist in filling out the cooresponding form.

*If a K-1 visa is not approved within 4 months of the I-129f petition being approved, you must notify the embassy of your intent
to still marry your fiance. They have the power to revalidate the I-129f approval for an additional 4 months.
