Of course you only need to have the full vaccine requirements fulfilled at the Medical if you are getting a IR-1 or CR-1, if you are getting a K-1 or K-3 the vaccine requirements are to be complete by AOS. Despite this most people aim to get all their vaccines in the UK as all should be available on the NHS.
