Just filed I-130 today at Manila USEM, figured it would be nice to share our journey:

Things we prepared for DCF:

- Infopass letter

- I-130 form

- 325A (husband and mine)

- 2×2 pictures for me and my husband

- BUNCH OF PICTURES to prove our relationship

- letters we sent to each other

- NSO copy of Marriage Certificate

- My birth certificate from NSO

- Our kid's BC from NSO

- Copy of my husband's (the petitioner) BC and passport

- Copy of ACR card (he's only holding tourist visa)

- Copy of Lease Contract from our landlord

p.s. since my husband changed his name before, USCIS called us right away requesting for the order change name.

Since we live in Ortigas we had to wake up at 4 in the morning to get ready. By 5.30 AM we were already on our way to USEM.

Got to USEM at exactly 7.30 in the morning coz of traffic. At exactly 8 window 25 opened and started calling people. Since we have an appointment we got called right away.

The CO checked our papers and only asked my husband if we have a kid together and that was it. She sent us to the cashier to settle the fees and asked us to put our contact details in a form.

She took all the documents but did not take any of our pictures so I'm guessing us having a kid is enough proof of our marital relationship :P

I just put em in an envelope (which they didn't take :P )

Infopass letter is the confirmation you get after making an appointment online.

Hi! I'm also filling DCF in Manila, where did you put all your documents? And also, what is infopass letter? :)

Size doesn't matter really... Some are 8.5x11 by 14 and A4

Hi! I just have to ask again, what size of paper did you use? 8.5 X 11, 8.5 X14, A4 or legal?

@Lhanz0729 were you able to fill out the DS 260 form online? I tried to log in but it says the case number and invoice number do not match their records :( But I was thinking maybe it has something to do with just getting the case number like an hour ago...

Does anyone know if I can schedule the interview without filling out the DS 260 form just yet?

I believe you have to complete DS 260 first before you can schedule an interview...

Does anyone know if I can schedule the interview without filling out the DS 260 form just yet?

Did ask for anything else?

Whem I completed the form it only asked for the case number and my birthday

Thanks! I finally got in :) I used Internet Explorer this time.

For the address information on the spouse, did you enter your address in the Philippines or the petitioner's address in the US?
