Good day! My husband filed K3/I-130 and believed that K3 is obsolete so we just go with the I-130 route. But the problem is we didn't filed application for my daughter(child from previous relationship) with it.

Now my husband want to send application for my daughter, Do we need to mail it via DHL direct to Lee summit Mo., where our I-130 is being transferred? they will probably just meet there :), I don't know or it will just delay our application? Or what if we will send tru Direct Consular filing in Manila to catch up the processing time? is there is anyway my husband can just mail our application for my daughter in Manila office, he is on disability and find it hard to travel back and forth in Manila, and we are not rich, we try to save money for our interview and medical (me and my daughter), hotels, tickets to go US just in case we got approval.

Another question is 4 years ago I was interviewed in US embassy Manila, they want us to submit my husband's W2 and Tax return but that time my husband is on "Trial Work Period" and my husband is back from US and can't able to work anymore so we decided not to continue our visa application but as years passing by we want to move to US. My husband's only income is only $30,000/yr, combined with our son's benefits, is it enough to show for AOS? or we need somebody who can sponsor us? Do we still need to submit the W2 because he is just receiving SSD?

Please anybody can advise?

2013-07-30 morning: Interview Day- Passed but waiting for medical release

2013-07-30 afternoon: Medical Exam Day - Immunization

2013-08-02 Purchase Ticket

2013-08-05 https://ceac.state.gov/CEAC/ status : ISSUED

2013-08-07: Visa Received
2013-09-10: POE Dallas, Texas

IR 2 VISA PETITION
2013-02-11: I-130 Sent
2013-04-03: I-130 NOA2 APPROVED in 51 days from our NOA date

2013-06-07: Both IR1/IR2 case AOS/IV BILL shows Paid

2013-06-17: Schedule interview online

2013-06-19: USEM Case Received
2013-06-24: Received email from USEM Case Received
2013-07-11: Medical Exam Day-no tst need to go back on the ff day

2013-07-15: Medical Exam Day- tst result (-) immunization

2013-07-18: Interview Day

2013-xx-xx: Visa Received
2013-09-10: POE Dallas, Texas

(USCIS/NVC letters took an average of 50 calendar days to arrive in the Philippines so we don't rely on letters, thanks God for internet and VJ)
