Hyderabad PCC from Passport office question

Hello,

Can someone from India who got a PCC from passport office post a sample of the contents. Here is what my letter states from Hyderabad passport office and they mention they are using this format for past 30 years.

POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE

There is no adverse information against Mr. xxxxx h/o w/o Mrs YYYY holder or passport No. XXXXXXX issued on xx/xx/xxxx at HYDERABAD which would be render him/her ineligible for grant of travel facilities including visa for UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

this is what it states. that's all. anyone else from India who got a PCC from passport office got it in the above format because they mentioned this format is consistent across all passport offices in India, can someone please confirm?

That is correct they put the same thing when you get PCC from Mumbai, it works with Consulate and NVC.

This is good to know before I got this document in the mail from my wife. I'd prolly have a mild heart attack reading that. lol
