Buenos días.

Quise crear este foro ya que hay poca información acerca de este tema que genera tanta incertidumbre a quienes lo recibimos :wacko: .

Espero que nos podamos ayudar mutuamente en este tema y que nos cuenten sus experiencias.

Les cuento que despues de esperar casi 6 meses despues de enviar la I129f nos enviaron un RFE el 14 de mayo. Nosotros ya sabíamos que nos lo iban a enviar ya que no enviamos la evidencia con la petición inicial :bonk: por desconocimiento ... pero ya aprendimos la lección.

El caso es que el papel físico del RFE llegó el 26 de mayo y nos pedian la evidencia, la carta de intención y el certificado de naturalización de mi novio.

Finalmente el 2 de junio enviamos los documentos que nos pidieron y el 10 de junio actualizaron en la página de USCIS que el RFE había sido recibido y estaba en estudio.

Actualmente estamos esperando la respuesta y creemos que para este fin de mes o principios de julio tengamos nuestro anheladisimo NOA2.:star:
