Vaginal Warts (caused by Human Papilloma virus) is not a ground for denial, it can be treated. If you are still concerned about it, go to an OB-GYN for treatment (so by the time you go for your medical at SLEC, they will not be that "noticeable"), ask for either cryotherapy or laser surgery to get rid of the warts or you can try the topical ones but will take longer time to heal.
