Comments : We stayed at the Taetro hotel... it was really nice and the manager was really nice and helpful. we went to the council at 5:30.. the line was already ridiculously long. ( however it doesnt matter because they dont take you in order of which you arrive) when the doors open at 7 the workers wearing the yellow shirts that read INFO take your blue appointment letter and give you a number.( P.S- do not listen to anyone that isnt wearing a yellow shirt , they will try to tell you that you need to pay them to staple your papers together, thats a lie) Once you arrive inside they start calling numbers to different windows. The first window we were called to was 15 and they asked for all of my fiances forms , his cedula, birth certificate, etc. Then, the guy at the window told us to go to window 12 to pay the $210 . (you can pay with credit card) then we had to bring the reciept back to window 15 then sit and wait to be called again. After this we were called another time to do fingerprinting, then asked to sit again. Last, we were called one more time. This time was for the interview. They swore us both in then asked me to sit down and wait to be called back up again. They asked my fiance only about 10 questions . They called me back up again and told him to go sit down. They asked me the same questions they asked him :
- how old am i? how old is he?
- what is my mothers name
- what is my fathers name
etc... just easy simple stuff anybody in a relationship would know...
finally she told me to go get my fiance and come back to the window.. she stamped the application and said the visa was approved and told us to go pay DomEx... we were finished by 9:15

It was actually not bad at all...

Good luck to everybody else !

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
