11/9/2012 I-601 is approved! On 11/23/2012 retook medical exam and paid fee, results ready in 1 week (11/29/2012). On Dec 4, 2012 submitted updated paperwork, passport photos, birth certificate for newly born son, and paid fee. Waiting for Visa to come in mail....
12/12/12 Called Department of State (DOS) and they told us that our visa has been issued. Waiting on the mailman...SATURDAY! Dec 12, the visa is in his hands!!!
