Comments : We got married last yr. But for financial reasons we are filling this year. Feb 2009.
My visa type: B-2
Filing on our own.
Got notice of action on all applications same time.
Went and got Bio done yesterday. Wait was long. Spouse not needed to be there. Finger Printing and photo done in minutes. I had no RFE's, so far so now the wait is on.
Its been 2 months now April. Got my interview letter for June 3rd. Hopefully i would be getting my EAD in the mail soon as well.
April 23rd- Got my Employment A. Card today.
