I want to give a little hope to those who filed their applications in January 2024. Here is my timeline: Marriage in the DR - Oct 2023 I-130 submitted, received, and PD January 21, 2024 Active review January 23, 2024 RFE application April 17, 2025 RFE response submitted April 23, 2025 I-130 approved April 24, 2025 We are going through consular processing, and we know we still have a long way to go. We thank God that we have completed this first part of this process. During this waiting period, we have been able to visit each other several times. I have a tourist visa and have traveled to the United States three times, and my husband was in my country in the summer and at Christmas. These visits have helped make the wait a little less difficult. I hope that those still waiting for I-130 approval get an answer soon.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
