The 1st RFE we got was about medical exam. Then the application fell out of processing time, so we call USCIS about it. But then we got another RFE about I-864 not having enough money. So we asked a relative to sponsor us and sent in the new I-864.
We got the denial notice on 02/05/09 because the I-864 of the petitioner. my husband, was not filed.
Poor us, we will file the whole I-485 again. Wasted almost a year without an AP nor EAD. |
