No. We our case was created at nvc on 10/25, submitted on 11/1 and then were DQed on 11/8. We also then were pleasantly surprised by the interview notice on 11/28.

We received verbal approval at the interview yesterday. Yesterday the CEAC status said administrative processing. Today it has changed to issued.
