Does your case number on CEAC say case ready? His interview and medical is booked but it still says in transit and I don't know if I should be worried

Hey, my case says ready on CEAC. I would contact the NVC if I were you, sounds like the embassy may not have it yet? Did your fiance book the interview etc before the letter? I've booked mine before the letter too and hoping it's ok for me to do.
