Hi Nishi & Martin, have you received your NOA1? We sent ours on March 9th but still no NOA1. I see there are people here who sent theirs on March 15th and got their NOA1 so I'm a bit concerned. We sent ours via ups, you?

Yes we are in the same boat! No NOA1 - was signed for at the Dropbox on March 11. We actually will be withdrawing our K1 but still need our NOA1 to do that....I’m going to give it a week or two and then investigate. I hope you get yours soon!

My status at UPS is that the package is Delivered. Hope that this means they picked it up. Thank and good luck to you to!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
