This is very alarming because we had originally anticipated the entire process taking a maximum of 8 months to get through and here we are 9 months into the process and we still do not have an approved petition! *Update, I have information from this site and viewed a user post that they had their appointment in DR for K1visa and approved on 2/11/21, this is proof appointments are still being conducted at the Embassy in DR. Processing Estimates/Stats : Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between October 14, 2020 and October 20, 2020* (RFEs at the California Service Center typically add an extra 30 days, which has been added to the estimated processing time). If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline.
