We rec'd the RFE for a new passport photo (the US one was not the correct size - we did it at a booth), and got our NOA2 early January 2021. We joined the lawsuit and saw movement within a month, and had our interview scheduled in May 2021 for July 2021. It was a very smooth and quick process from there. There is no way we'd see any movement if we were not part of the lawsuit, we would probably be waiting another year plus for an interview. I'm happy to speak to anyone about this process because it's difficult and can be confusing. Feel free to reach out.
