Embassy Review : After covid issues and a group mandamus lawsuit (consisting of 112 couples) the embassy finally decided to process and schedule interviews. The actually interview process went smoothly. Easy to workout where to go and what to do, and staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived about half an hour before my appointment, but didn't get seen until nearly an hour after my scheduled time. Lots of waiting - there were a couple of large families in front of me. After the first portion, where they check documents, I had to wait another half hour or so for the "interview". It's literally guy at a window (like in a bank) who asks a few questions and check a couple more things. 5 minutes at the most. At the end he says "all looks good, you can go" and that was it. Done.
Rating : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
