Hello! Curious if you were able to schedule your interview yet?

Hey!
Our case is at NVC. They said it will only be sent to US embassy in London once US embassy is processing Fiance visas. No update from the embassy on when they plan to start interviews for K1.
Are you in a similar situation?

Sorry, I thought you were waiting for the Mumbai embassy! I didn't realize you were still in the UK. I think Mumbai is processing. For London, I heard it's best to join the lawsuit to speed things up

Yes I checked the deadline for accepting the third round of plaintiffs has passed so no luck there either. Good luck! Hope we both get our interviews lines up soon.

Hi! A quick request, as you'll be interviewing in the UK, would it be possible to update your country from India to England? Your profile appears in the India metrics and it gets a bit confusing

Hi sure no worries! I took the field to mean nationality instead of place of residence but I've changed it now.

Thank you! It's a bit confusing, but the field helps to set up your portals and stuff. You should have noticed that your default portal is now UK instead of India. Appreciate it :)
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
