Hi guys! Did you ever make it through the NVC process?

Hi there, unfortunately we’re still stuck at NVC. All our documents were approved except my birth certificate. It was rejected the first time because they wanted all sides of the documents (I hadn’t scanned the blank pages because I didn’t see the need to), we resubmitted and after 3 weeks, they rejected the document again - this time citing that they needed to see all edges of the document. We called NVC and was instructed to scan the document at 90% zoom so that the edges of the document would be visibly distinguishable. We resubmitted again today so fingers crossed that third time’s the charm. It doesn’t really matter at this stage since I’m interviewing at the Sydney consulate and they’re still not open + I’m in lockdown in Melbourne and cannot cross state borders. All in all, super frustrating but still soldiering on! Hope things are well with your process!
