Hello, do you mind telling us why you got an RFE? Thanks
blank avatar Jessikyle on 2020-06-23 said:
I am so sorry for the long delay! I thought I responded to this, but it looks like it didn't post! My RFE was for more information on an underage drinking ticket I got from TWENTY years ago. So ridiculous. I just had to go to the police department and request a copy of the ticket, then to the court house for a copy of the charges/outcome (fine). You're probably way past this part by now.

Did you get approved for an emergency interview?
blank avatar Jessikyle on 2020-06-23 said:
No, we scheduled the interview when his last interview was cancelled back in March. Not sure if it's even happening, but we haven't received a cancellation yet.

Did your interview get cancelled or it’s still on the schedule?

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
