Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between October 21, 2019 and November 11, 2019* (RFEs at the Texas Service Center typically add an extra 30 days, which has been added to the estimated processing time).

If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline.

Receieved email at 4am this morning from the USCIS and Subject states "Case Status Information for Receipt Number: ........ First let me start by saying my heart was pounding outside of my chest! However, I opened the email and it stated the following: Your Case Status: Request for Evidence The email proceeded with the request for evidence explains what they need from me. They will not take action on my case until they receive the evidence and it must be received before their deadline. The letter for this request has been mailed out as of September 6, 2019. I admit that filling out the K1- Fiance I 129F Petition for Alien Fiance Visa Application was nerve wrecking. I had never done this ever in my life. I sent photos, letters, url's to our facebook and instagram accounts and even the language exchange site we met on. I wrote a long essay too about how our relationship began. I was so caught up in making sure that each page was sent correctly and I sent his plane tickets, receipts etc.. our ID's, birth certificates, passports, etc.. I sent a large packet for sure. But after all had been mailed out I felt that I sent everything needed, but I fell short. I spoke with friends who have been on this journey and they told me if I sent letters of intent, wedding plans, reciepets of your ring purchases etc.. and I did m own face palm. How did I not include this!?!? I am eagert o get my letter request this week and I will make sure that ALL is sent over and whatever else they are requesting. I will NOT miss anything at all because this is so important to Deokjin and I. We miss each other beyond measure and hope to be together and marry and begin our life together. We have dreams and goals and I pray that all goes well and that we can get our approval soon. If anyone is going through this step in their Visa process please feel free to connect with me!! I can use supporters and I can offer support too!! Hope to connect with you all <3

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
