Appt. : 2022-05-13 Interview Date : 2023-03-07 Approved : Yes Oath Ceremony : Comments : Update: Well after more than 7 months of complete silence, many calls, mails and even a Congressional Inquiry, my case was finally recommended for approval and I am now waiting for a date to be set for my ceremony. If your case is stuck you really do have to badger and harass them. The interview was for both my GC renewal (which was still being processed) and the naturalization interview. The interview itself went well, they asked for some documents that showed ties, thankfully I came with tax paperwork for the last few years. I passed the interview but was told by the officer that my background check was taking longer than expected and that I would have to wait to hear the results. The next day, the GC renewal was approved but no word or update regarding n400.
